Once you’ve found the item(s) you would like, click "Add to Cart." You can pay either with a credit card or with a Paypal account. If you experience any difficulties with the shopping cart, email us or give us a call and we’ll process your order for you. (970) 527-4073.

Because our goods are one of a kind, it’s first come, first serve. So even if it’s the middle of the night, click, call or send an email to reserve your choices. Bobbin, the shop kitty, can sleep through the phone.

Special Orders: New for 2007
We often receive requests for customized pieces using specific fabrics or color palettes. Due to a rigorous production schedule this year, we are no longer able to take special orders.

Clothing Care
At Elisabethan, we strive to construct clothing that is user friendly. Most items are machine wash cold. The clothes are sewn for the long haul; this will be even longer if you line dry them. Occasionally, fabrics and detailing will cause us to recommend hand washing or dry cleaning.

Exchanges
We want you to love what you get! Should your selections not be what you expected, return it within 21 days of purchase. It may be exchanged or returned for store credit only. Wholesale accounts have specific contractual agreements (fancy talk for different rules may apply).

Returns
We’re sorry, but we cannot accept returns. Please see Exchanges above.

Alterations
Minor alterations of Elisabethan wares can be made for a flat rate of $15. This price includes shipping the completed item back to you.

We generally ship via US Postal Service, Priority Mail. Other options available upon request.
